This free class will introduce the 6-Week, 12 Class (2 classes/week) Mindful Movement Small Group Training program that will be specifically focused on improving mobility/flexibility, static & dynamic balance, and coordination through muscular (endurance, strength & power) and cardiovascular conditioning exercises. Workout routines are personalized and safely & effectively progressed on an individual basis.
This FUN program is designed to enhance each participant's quality of life through improved physical function for daily life and recreational activities.
