Middle School Development - for swimmers 10-14 who can swim two lengths freestyle and one length backstroke.For swimmers who are in Middle School or who are interested in cross training for other sports.

Mon/Wed Optional starts AUg 12th 6-730am, T/Th 430-6pm, Fri 730-9am
